Learningful's consulting practice is dedicated to enhancing the capacity of people and their organizations to “make a difference,” in the endeavours that are most important to them.

For this reason, one of Learningful's core competencies lies in the use of processes that engage people in identifying and acting on opportunities for positive change.

The two most common ways in which we work with organizations are:

  1. By providing direct support for the organization's learning and change initiatives. This might involve:

  • development and implementation of learning programs in areas such as leadership, communication, negotiation, change management, etc. to support change and/or foster performance improvement.
